The article highlights two male preschool educators who believe in the importance of having males in the early childhood sector. One of them, Jeffrey, graduated from the Child Psychology & Early Education (CPEE) course in 2021. He shares his experiences and challenges as a male educator in the field, along with his aspirations to take on a leadership role to mentor other men interested in early childhood education. Jeffrey also emphasised on the need for higher education institutions to help reduce the biases of students and parents, aiming to encourage more people to pursue careers in early childhood education.
